Questions before you buy
Can I try a template before paying?
Yes. Every template can be previewed and fully customized for free — text, colours, images, sections. You only pay when you want to download the files or publish the site.
What exactly am I buying?
A licence to use one template for one commercial website, and the finished files. Templates are self-contained HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, so they run on any host.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. The Template Licence is a single payment with nothing recurring — you host the site yourself. Hosting is only for people who would rather we handle it.
What happens after the Launch Package's first year?
Hosting continues at $15/month and you can cancel any time. Your template licence never expires, and you keep the exported files whether or not you stay hosted with us.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and shown before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under the conditions set out in our refund policy — including a full refund within 14 days if a template is faulty or materially different from its preview.
